More on the "slow divorce." Montenegro's President Milo Djukanovic to European Union representatives that he believes Serbia intends to attack Montenegro. Sources in Montenegro assert that US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright told Djukanovic that the US would aid Montenegro if Serbia were to invade. (Mrs. Albright was to have told the Montenegrins this at a meeting March 9 in Sarajevo.)
