The Pentagon plans to sell Turkey a seventh FFG7 Perry-class guided missile frigate for a rock-bottom price of only $60 million. Built new, the ships cost 5-7 times that. The ship is armed with Harpoon anti-ship missiles, Standard anti-aircraft missiles, and torpedoes. The Turks want the FFG7s to improve their anti-submarine capability.--Stephen V Cole
