Everyone's denying it. A US spokesman has denied new report that "a deal is in the works" to let Serb dictator Slobodan Milosevic leave power, avoid war crimes prosecution --and keep his money. Russia also denied a deal was being considered. The UN War Crimes Tribunal objected to any such agreement. Stay tuned.
