IWPR ran an article in its August 22 internet issue that may say a lot about Milosevic's personal survival strategy. Not only is Slobodan buddying up to Saddam, Milosevic seems to be constructing a "palace bunker" similar to those Saddam has built around Iraq.. IWPR described a large "underground complex" already nicknamed "The Forbidden City." The complex is located on Mount Cnri Vrh, near the eastern Serbian village of Dubisnica The place has a swimming pool and a helipad.
