RFE reported that the Romanian Intelligence Service is denying that Romania is serving as a transit point for arms trafficking by international terrorists. Press reports say that arms move from the Moldovan splinter region of Transdniester through Moldova and into Romania where terror organizations and some nations (like Iraq) pick up the arms.
