The U.S. Army has begun pulling out of Camp Able Sentry, a logistics post in Macedonia used to support operations in Kosovo. With that region now stabilized, US troops can be sent elsewhere. A defense contractor will keep the base "warm" in case the US has to send troops back there in a hurry.--Stephen V Cole
