Kosovos Prime Minister Bajram Rexhepi issued a statement that essentially said Kosovo has no future with Serbia (ie, as province of Serbia). He asked that the international community create a "road map" (like Israel and Palestine?) That well help stabilize Kosovo and its relationship with its Balkan neighbors. This is yet another signal that the Albanian Kosovars are aiming for an independent Kosovo.
