Efforts to capture former Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic continue, and continue to fail. Serb police have joined the search, along with NATO troops. Many Bosnians are resentful that Saddam Hussein was caught within a year, while  Karadzic has been on the loose for a decade.
