Taiwan has captured a Chinese fishing boat that had been used for espionage. Of the five men on board, four have been identified as members of Chinese military intelligence; the fifth is a fisherman who said his boat was hired by the other four. The boat was found to be loaded with electronic and photographic gear, and there were more than 100 photos of Taiwanese military facilities, harbors, fuel depots, and possible landing beaches.--Stephen V Cole
