Here's something to watch. the Peoples Republic of China (PRC) has dispatched at least 12 military instructors to Equatorial Guinea. They will train the Equatorial Guinean army in heavy weapons operations. The Chinese instructors are based in the city of Bata and have already taught one three-month long course. The Guinean army intends to create "heavy weapons" units. Most of Equatorial Guinea's weaponry is ex-USSR or East Bloc.
