The rebels agreed as the army closed in on their Switzerland sized neutral zone. It is unlikely that the rebels will cut a deal and adhere to it. Too many of the rebels are making too much money with various criminal activities. At the same time, a hundred FARC rebels attacked a town in southeast. Eight policemen and a civilian died and a dozen other policemen were missing.
