Indian police arrested four Nepalese Maoists near the Nepalese border. It is feared that Nepalese Maoists are working more closely with Indian Maoists, and that the high degree of terror and violence of the Nepalese Maoists will start to show up in India. Many in India are calling for armed intervention in Nepal, or at least far stronger security on the Nepalese border.
