 The king of Nepal is visiting India, and apparently negotiating increased Indian assistance in fighting Maoist rebels in Nepal. There are similar Maoist rebels in parts of India, but the Maoists are a local problem in India, often considered just another form of bandit or organized crime. But the Maoists are a national problem in Nepal.
