Police in Lahore, Pakistan arrested two al Qaeda fund raisers. Such men had, in the past, been able to travel throughout the country without being turned in. But terrorists have made themselves so unpopular in Pakistan that more people are willing to risk their lives and inform on al Qaeda activities. The two arrested men belonged to the local group, Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, and had been raising money, and providing sanctuary, for al Qaeda members for several years.
