In Indian Kashmir, Islamic radicals killed five civilians, members of the family of a man who worked for the Indians. This sort of terrorism is meant to persuade Kashmiri Moslems  to support the terrorists, or at least not actively support the Indian government. In the last year, more Kashmiri Moslems have been backing away from supporting the terrorists.
