US and British intelligence agencies warn that Islamic radicals are planning more attacks against foreigners in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the government is rounding up suspected Islamic radicals, and is encountering resistance. The radicals are a small minority, but in absolute numbers it amounts to thousands of young men.
