Israel has, for the first time, expressed concern over Egypt's drive to modernize its armed forces and build theater missiles with North Korean help. The Israelis complain that Egypt is judging its needs against Israel's strength without considering that Israel needs increased strength to defend against Iran and Iraq.--Stephen V Cole
