For the first time, a Palestinian suicide bomber was detected and captured before he could detonate his explosives. The man was noticed acting strangely in a northern Israeli town. Police jumped him and prevented the detonation of the explosives. This is a big plus for Israel, as questioning the suicide bomber could reveal more useful details about how the suicide bombers operate.
