Israel continues to wage a shrewd information war campaign against the Palestinians. While the killing of senior Palestinian militants gets bad press, the Palestinian attacks on Israeli civilians get worse reviews. Even if the Palestinians wanted to counter the Israeli tactics by switching to attacks on military targets only, it would be impossible to do. The Palestinian militants belong to several different groups that are, in most cases, united only by their hatred of Israel.
