: 10.0pt"> Two teenage Palestinian suicide bombers went into a Tel Aviv neighborhood occupied by foreign workers (mainly Romanians and Thais) and detonated their bombs. They killed themselves, an Israeli and two foreigners. Several dozen people were injured.

An Israeli F-16 bombed a metal workshop in Gaza. Israeli intelligence believed the building was used to manufacture arms.
