Two Palestinian suicide bombers attacked in Israeli territory, killing themselves and two Israelis. Another dozen people were wounded. The Al-Aqsa Martyr's Brigade (which is considered under the control of Yassir Arafat) took credit for one of the attacks. Al-Aqsa has not agreed to the cease fire or peace negotiations. Hamas took credit for the other attack, saying it was revenge for an Israeli raid on a terrorist workshop. Hamas said that it would, however, continue peace negotiations. Both of these bombings were in areas not protected by the new Israeli security fence, which is under construction to keep terrorists from crossing from Palestinian to Israeli territory. This is providing ammunition for the pro-fence crowd.
