Negotiations between the US and North Korea (in Malaysia) over North Korea's missile program have failed. Details were not available. The US offered a visit by US president Clinton to North Korea if an agreement could be reached on stopping the north's missile program. Apparently the north wanted a more substantial bribe before giving up their major export business.
