North Korea has officially recognized the large number of its citizens arriving in South Korea and accused the south of terrorism and kidnapping. These off-the-wall accusations usually mean that the north will stop negotiating for weeks or months, do a lot of public pouting and demand higher extortion payments for halting its nuclear weapons and ballistic missiles programs.
