The Liberian government accused the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) of supplying rebels with food at the Port city of Harper. They alleged that three UNHCR trucks loaded with food and an unknown helicopter landed in MODEL-controlled parts of Harper about three days prior. The UN lost four marked trucks to looters and knew nothing about helicopters flying arms shipments into areas controlled by the rebels. - Adam Geibel
