  The Maoist Communist organization that runs the rebellion in Nepal is apparently having discipline problems. Some factions are disobeying orders to stop assassinations of senior government officials and attack on infrastructure (especially communications and electric power.) This may result in a civil war within the rebel movement, a common occurrence among radical communist rebel organizations.
