Indian officials across the border from Nepal, believe that the Maoists on both sides of the border are increasingly cooperating. It is feared that the Maoists will begin calling for a wider Maoist revolution, that wants to establish a Maoist dictatorship that will include parts of India as well as Nepal. However, Maoist tactics in Nepal remain more harsh than in India, where the Maoists do not kidnap large numbers of teenagers to expand their ranks.
