The Organization of African Unity (OAU) has once again condemned the separatist movement on the island of Anjou (an island in the Indian Ocean's Comoros). This time, however, it's more than political and economic threat. The OAU is considering military action against the separatists. Anjou is already under an oil embargo and has severe communications and transportation restrictions.
