The government says it will allow 300 African Union peacekeepers to protect aid workers and refugee camps. There is a problem with bandits in Darfur, and the peacekeepers will have their hands full with these guys. But such a small number of personnel will actually spend most of their time protecting 60 African Union peace monitors.
