The army killed 17 LRA rebels and rescued 102 civilians the rebels were being held prisoner. At least 61 weapons were captured, as well as four rebels. Another half dozen rebels later surrendered. But elsewhere in the north, LRA bands continued to raid civilians and clash with army patrols. Several rebels were killed in these actions.
