A late report from north Uganda. The Ugandan Army says the LRA ambushed a truck and killed eight people. The attack took place near Gulu.
The LRA continues to forcibly recruit teenagers for their armed bands. The LRA is becoming little more than bandits, the original tribal revenge angle fading away in the face of the need to steal food and other items to survive in the wasteland they have created.
