Osama bin Laden may escape US justice after all. He is reported to be terminally ill, although speculation varies from cancer to liver disease to kidney failure or all three. The last time he was spotted (in April) he was unusually frail. He has also reshuffled his security guard staff, apparently after some of them showed too much interest in the $5 million bounty posted by the US.--Stephen V
