Indian police have arrested Mohammad Afroze, an Indian citizen, who confessed that he was part of a larger 11 September plot that included crashing passenger planes into the Australian, British, and Indian parliament buildings. Afroze is confirmed to have taken pilot training in Australia, but the rest of what he supposedly told Indian intelligence has not been confirmed.--Stephen V Cole
