CHICAGO (Aug. 10, 2010) Musician 1st Class Spencer Powell, a bassist assigned to U.S. Navy Rock Band Horizon, from Great Lakes, Ill., plays during a concert at Navy Pier as part of Chicago Navy Week. Chicago Navy Week is one of 20 Navy Weeks planned across America for 2010. Navy Weeks are designed to show Americans the investment they have made in their Navy and increase awareness in cities that do not have a significant Navy presence.
