A CV-22 Osprey flies over the flightline at Royal Air Force Lakenheath, England, while en route for a routine training mission March 11, 2015. The CV-22 is the Air Force's premier tiltrotor aircraft combining the vertical takeoff, hover and vertical landing qualities of a helicopter with the long range, fuel efficiency and speed characteristics of a turboprop aircraft.
