STENNIS SPACE CENTER, Miss. (July 25, 2017) Lt. Gen Kenneth Tovo, the commanding general of U.S. Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), participates in a simulated hot extraction by Special Boat Team 22 from Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Group 4, at the John C.
