POLARIS POINT, Guam (Nov. 16, 2012) Sailors and civil service mariners assigned to the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40) lower a Tomahawk cruise missile onto the Los Angeles-class fast-attack submarine USS Oklahoma City (SSN 723).
