CHANGI NAVAL BASE, Singapore (Dec. 29, 2014) The littoral combat ship USS Fort Worth (LCS 3), left, arrives in Singapore as the Arliegh-Burke class guided-missile destroyer USS Sampson (DDG 102) gets underway.
