ATLANTIC OCEAN (April 14, 2019) Sailors from the aviation intermediate maintenance department jet shop perform a jet engine test cell on an F/A-18 Super Hornet jet engine on the fantail aboard the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69). Ike is underway conducting flight deck certification during the basic phase of the Optimized Fleet Response Plan (OFRP).
