A U.S. Army CH-47 Chinook flies over Fort Greely, Alaska, Feb. 27, 2020, during U.S. Northern Command exercise Arctic Edge 2020. AE20 is the largest joint exercise scheduled in Alaska this year. Arctic Edge is a biennial Homeland Defense exercise designed to provide high quality and effective training in the extreme cold-weather conditions found in arctic environments.
