COSTA MESA, Calif. — Defense tech firm Anduril Industries secured two contracts worth $8M from the U.S. Air Force to develop enhanced autonomy capabilities for its Ghost platform and the latest Ghost-X variant, autonomous uncrewed aircraft systems tailored for reconnaissance and security. Ghost, utilizing Anduril’s Lattice software, automates mission tasks and offers a modular design to accommodate various operational tools. Ghost-X, the advanced model, integrates feedback from over 1,000 flight hours in diverse conditions, boasting improved flight performance and adaptability. This collaboration aims to keep pace with evolving global threats and facilitate seamless integration of government software with Ghost's open architecture.
