Seven Israeli Arabs were arrested and charged with spying for the Hezbollah. The seven were recruited after Israel withdrew from south Lebanon and many Israeli Arabs were able to meet with long lost Lebanese relatives on the border. Hezbollah used the opportunity to recruit Israeli Arabs.
