Israel has arrested three men for planning terrorist attacks. It was quickly discovered that the men belonged to Yasser Arafat's personal bodyguard ("Force 17") was responsible for planning and carrying out attacks on Israelis. Meanwhile, it was revealed that some 600 Israeli reservists are in jail for refusing to serve in the Palestinian territories when called to active duty. The army says it is normal for about 900 reservists a year to refuse to answer call ups to active duty.
