A car bomb exploded in northern Israel, killing one and wounding another. The victims appear to be Palestinians attempting to use the car bomb against Israelis, but mishandled the explosives. In the Shebaa Farms region, Israeli tanks fired into Lebanon after Hizbollah fired mortar shells at them.
