Palestinian suicide bombers continue to operate, although more are being caught before they can move out on their mission, or are intercepted before they reach their target. The suicide bombers usually detonate their explosives when the police close in. Israeli intelligence has been good at tracking Palestinian terrorist activities. But they know they cannot catch all the terrorist attacks and warn the population when they suspect something is getting past them.
