Palestinian radical organizations say they will increase attacks against Israelis because of Arafat's arrest of the PFLP leader. The PFLP (Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine) says it's people killed an Israeli cabinet minister last year. Israel demands that these killers be turned over for trial. Arafat has never arrested a major faction leader before, much less a faction that belongs to his ruling coalition. But the Palestinian radicals and public opinion are forcing Arafat to choose sides.
