: 10.0pt"> Yasser Arafat, still trapped in his West Bank headquarters with dozens of associates, convened a court and convicted five Palestinians of involvement in the assassination of an Israeli government minister last year. The five men have been wanted by Israel for quite some time and they still want them. Arafat is apparently trying to respond to an Israeli campaign of releasing Palestinian documents, seized in the Israeli military operations, showing Palestinian Authority complicity in terrorism operations.
