 The locally made Palestinian 115mm rockets now have a longer range, but not much better accuracy. A rocket landed on an Israeli beach, ten kilometers from Palestinian Gaza. Within Gaza, at least 30 home made mortar rounds were fired at Israeli settlements. Materials for building the mortar shells and rockets is mostly smuggled in from Egypt and assembled in hidden workshops.
