The Palestinian Authority began using the death penalty again, for the first time since 2002 (when it was abolished to make the Europeans happy). Four criminals were executed, in an attempt to discourage others. While the death penalty doesn't bother the Palestinian terrorists, most of the misery in the Palestinian community comes from Palestinian criminals.
