Violence between student gangs on college campuses is growing. Today, five students were killed during a raid by one gang on the campus. Religious and ethnic differences, plus competition over criminal activities, has fueled the gang activity. In the oil region, two tribal youth gangs battled once more, leaving several injured. The youth gangs run an extortion racket on the oil company and the oil workers.
