  Police arrested the leader of an anti-government movement (YDM, the  Youth Democratic Movement) as responsible for the fire earlier in the week that destroyed the headquarters of the national oil company. Many organizations are fighting the government over the corruption that sees most of the revenue from oil exports stolen. The YDM, which had not been heard from before, claimed responsibility for the fire on December 25th.
